CIMD SV is the Group´s firm specialized in wholesale, independent financial intermediation among institutional clients.
We are leaders in our sectors and count with the main European banks and asset managers as our clients. We are intermediaries for all kinds of financial products such as energy derivatives, facilitating access to the best prices through cutting-edge digital systems, combining voice and data.
From this firm, we manage the CIMD OTF (Organized Trading Facility). This Trading Facility is authorized by both the CNMV and ESMA (European Securities and Markets Authority), which allows us to offer our financial intermediation services to our European clients, while being MiFID ll compliant. There are just two firms in Spain that meet that criteria.
Furthermore, in 2020, our OTF was approved as an American-equivalent OTF, which allows us to work with North-American counterparties.
The three segments of our OTF (Fixed Income, Energy and OTC Derivativs/FX Swaps) compete in European markets and count with a competent and seasoned team with over 50 well-recognized professionals from 19 different nationalities that offer excellent global brokerage, execution, settlement and consulting services to our institutional clients.

Through our Charity Day, the CIMD Group organizes yearly a solidary event in early December
Through this initiative, the group donates all revenue obtained by our ten companies during this Charity Day. This is done to promote the development of child-support projects and research in Spain, Portugal and Dubai.
